Twice Baked Potatoes
#1 Idaho Russet Potatoes, are "oven-baked" then slowly chilled to retain all their taste and texture. The chilled potato is halved, then scooped, to create the potato shell. Meanwhile, the potato meat is "whipped" into real homemade, all-natural mashed potatoes. Milk, Sour Cream, Real Cheddar Cheese, Seasonings, etc. are added. Finally, the potato shells are stuffed with these home style mashed potatoes and individually quick-frozen to assure that none of their quality attributes are lost.
