Description:
A Twice baked potato consists of a potato skin (shell) with a combination of potato meat, milk, seasonings and other ingredients which are mixed together and placed into the potato skin.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove potato from carton and wrapper. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until slightly browned.
  2. Microwave: Remove potato from carton and wrapper. Place on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH: 1 potato 2 to 3 minutes, 2 potatoes 4 to 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. *Ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.








Twice Baked Potatoes
#1 Idaho Russet Potatoes, are "oven-baked" then slowly chilled to retain all their taste and texture. The chilled potato is halved, then scooped, to create the potato shell.

Meanwhile, the potato meat is "whipped" into real homemade, all-natural mashed potatoes. Milk, Sour Cream, Real Cheddar Cheese, Seasonings, etc. are added.

Finally, the potato shells are stuffed with these home style mashed potatoes and individually quick-frozen to assure that none of their quality attributes are lost.
